Meet Brandy Hall, LMFT
I believe healing happens in connection.
Whether you're seeking therapy as an individual, couple, or family, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported as you move toward meaningful and lasting change.
I'm Brandy Hall, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving clients throughout Nevada and California through secure telehealth.
As a biracial woman, mother, and military spouse, I understand that relationships, culture, identity, and life experiences influence how we understand ourselves and connect with others. These experiences have shaped both my life and my work as a therapist.
My role isn't to tell you who you should become. It's to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your strengths, deepen important relationships, and build a life rooted in healing, connection, and growth.
Meet Brandy
Why Rooted Counseling and Family Therapy
The name 'Rooted' reflects my belief that lasting change begins beneath the surface. Together we'll explore the patterns, relationships, emotions, and experiences that shape your life while building healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
My Philosophy
I tailor therapy to the unique needs of each client. My work integrates attachment science, Emotionally Focused Therapy as a specialty, experiential techniques, focusing-oriented techniques, trauma-informed care, and family systems thinking. Regardless of the approach, our work remains collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practice.
My Professional Background
Guiding you toward stronger relationships and personal well-being with extensive training in evidence-based therapies.
You deserve a therapist who never stops growing. I bring rigorous training and evidence-based expertise to every session — so you can heal with confidence.
